CANCELLATION POLICY
Your appointment is reserved specifically for you and the amount of time needed to provide the service you are requesting. We understand that sometimes scheduled adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for cancellations. Your appointments are confirmed via text in advance because we know how easy it is to forget. Please understand other clients may be competing for your appointment time. When you fail to cancel your appointment with sufficient notice, clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. To be courteous to them and our service providers, a credit card is required to reserve all spa appointments. Except for emergency situations, missing an appointment without proper notification will result in being charged a cancelation fee. “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the service price to the card on file at the time of the missed appointment. Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. If a valid card is not on file, you will be responsible for paying the service fee before another appointment may be scheduled.
LATE ARRIVAL
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Regardless of the length of the treatment given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Arriving a few moments early will allow you to enjoy every minute of your service.
AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests under the age of 18 must have parental consent. Sault Spa loves children, however no child under the age of 12 is permitted in the spa without an appointment. Children may not wait in the lobby unless supervised by an adult.
MOBILE PHONES
To respect the tranquility of the spa, and to be considerate of others, we request that you keep your mobile phone on silent mode at all times.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards must be presented at the time of service. Sault Spa is not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards. Gift cards may not be redeemed for cash.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to our spa atmosphere.
AS A SPA GUEST, YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO:
- A clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Stop treatment at any time, for any reason.
- Be treated with consideration, dignity, and respect.
- Confidential treatment of your disclosed health information.
- Trained staff who respectfully conduct treatments according to treatment protocols and the spa’s policies and procedures.
- Ask questions about your spa experience.
- Information regarding staff training, licensing, and certification.
PRICES AND PAYMENTS
All prices are subject to change and without notice. We are dedicated to continually advancing our skills and providing the best products and services. A 4% fee is applied to credit/debit card charges. We do not accept payments in the form of a check. We require a credit card on file at time of booking to reserve your appointment. It will not be charged unless you fail to give 24-hour notice or fail to show up at the time of appointment.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS
We are not responsible for personal belongings should they become lost or misplaced. Please leave all valuables at home.
